This 3-bedroom apartment is occupied by a family of 3. One of the rooms has been split into 2, and one side of the room is available to rent. The tenant will have her own queen bed, desk and storage, and the other half of the room is occupied by the landlord's 23-year-old daughter.
The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Magliana, situated to the south west of the historical centre of Rome. This tranquil residential area is well connected by public transport, with a train station and buses to take you around the city.
What we liked the most
- Although not fully private, the room has a partition separating the tenant's and the landlord's daughter's room, providing some privacy.
- Bed linen is provided.
- You will be sharing the bathroom with only 1 person.
- You can reach Roma Tre University in 10 minutes using the bus.
- There is a supermarket across the road from the apartment, making it easy to stock up on groceries.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlords have 3 cats, so this room is for animal-lovers only!
