Rooms are for rent in a stylish 4-bedroom apartment in Rome's Nomentano district. All bedrooms are spacious and rather elegantly decorated, with wooden floors and tasteful furniture. The large kitchen has an oven, plenty of cabinets, and a dining table, and leads out onto a gigantic terrace. There is a shared bathroom with elegant green tiling and a unique corner bathtub, another bathroom with a shower, and a storage room.
Nomentano is an upscale residential district with good connections to the centre of Rome. You will also be living just a couple of metro stops from the Sapienza University. Within the neighbourhood itself there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The decor is elegant and classy.
- We love the huge terrace! A great place to dine al fresco with your flatmates.
- There is no living room but the bedrooms are very spacious and the terrace and the kitchen serve as common areas.
- There are 2 bathrooms.
- The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining table.
- The famous Momart Cafè is around the corner.
