This 100 m², 4-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent in a reformed rental property so it has all the amenities for a shared apartment. Each room of the apartment has a lot of character with bright painted walls. The main shared area is the kitchen that is also furnished as a lounge area with chairs and a TV. There is 1 full bathroom to share, but some of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located in the residential neighborhood of Aurelio. Aurelio is home to young professionals and families, so it provides a truly authentic Roman experience. You have the metro just 50 m from the apartment and plenty of corner shops, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- All the bedrooms come with a TV and AC unit.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own private en-suite bathroom.
- The windows face a pedestrian street so it is peaceful and quiet.
- The corridor has a lot of storage space with built-in wardrobes.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric plates, a dining table, arm chairs, and a TV. * The apartment is less than a 1 minute walk to the metro station.
- The neighborhood is very friendly with lots of locals supermarkets and bars.
