Rooms are available to rent to a female student in a shared apartment with a balcony in Trieste, Rome. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, and it has been recently renovated. The bathrooms are modern and have brand new fixtures in them. The kitchen has everything that tenants might need, including a washing machine, a stove, an oven, a full-size fridge and an extra mini fridge, a dishwasher, a table with chairs, and plenty of storage space.
The Trieste neighborhood is an ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy real Roman life. Tranquil and residential, Trieste is well-connected to the nearby city center and has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife. Home to many parks and open spaces, Trieste gives residents a slower pace of life in the Eternal City.

- The apartment is located in a neighborhood that is very close to the city center.
- There are 2 bathrooms on the property, which is perfect for shared living.
- There is a nice park nearby the property.
- The apartment has been recently renovated, and all of the furnishings are modern.
- In addition to the large fridge-freezer, there is also a small mini-fridge for extra food storage.
