This 120 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent. The balcony is huge and is a perfect place to sit out and enjoy the good weather. The apartment has a very unique layout, with an outdoor kitchen that is right next to the balcony. This means the kitchen is constantly sun-filled and makes entertaining guests that much easier. The interior of the apartment is furnished with vintage pieces and modern art work. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in on Rome's most picturesque neighborhoods, Monteverde. Monteverde is a residential neighborhood that has beautiful houses and plenty of local corner shops and bars. There is tram station just 5 minutes from the apartment, which connects you to the city center.

- The balcony is very large and is furnished with a beautiful glass table.
