Rooms are available to rent with bills included in a 150m² apartment in the Appio Latino district in the south of Rome. The apartment is light and has plenty of space for its 5 tenants, especially in the large open-plan living-room, dining-room and kitchen that has both table and breakfast bar where you can cook and eat meals.
Appio Latino is a characterful neighbourhood full of old buildings and winding streets with plenty of plazas and atmospheric bars to be discovered. Only 20 minutes away on foot is the Coliseum and this area is also home to the Basilica de San Giovanni so you will not be lacking in authentically Roman architecture. Close to the property too is the enormous Parco della Caffarella, ideal for afternoon picnics.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is spacious enough for a sun lounger so you can unwind with a beer on a warm evening.
- The green courtyard in front of the building is a pleasant place to relax with a book on sunny days.
- The large living-room and dining-room is the perfect place to socialise or enjoy meals with friends and flatmates.
- This area is ideal for those looking to live in an authentic and traditional Roman neighbourhood.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no parking available with the property but given its proximity to the public transport, you may find you do not need a car.
