This 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment has spacious and comfortable rooms for rent, perfect for students. The apartment is located in a beautiful residential community with many plants. The apartment has very big windows, which face the interior courtyard, keeping it bright and with very little street noise. The kitchen is the main shared area and it comes furnished with a dining table as well. There is 1 full bathroom to share and 1 very spacious toilet room. The best part about this apartment is that all the rooms have balcony access including the kitchen.
The apartment is located in Rome's 14th district minutes away from the Università Cattolica campus. A student-friendly area means affordable prices and plenty of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright thanks to its large windows and multiple balconies.
- The apartment community has beautiful plants and courtyards.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, double sink, dishwasher, and a dining table.
- There is 1 full bathroom with a standing shower and storage.
- The 2nd bathroom is a large toilet room with additional storage space upon entering.
- There is parking available.
- The apartment is minutes away from the Università Cattolica and a very large urban park.
Things to keep in mind
- The 2nd bathroom does not have a shower, but it is very spacious and is equipped with a washing machine.
