Beds are to rent in shared occupancy rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment in the Parioli area of Rome. The apartment is comfortable and bright with plenty of natural light as well as adequate storage so you will have no problem keeping your home neat and tidy. It has a well equipped kitchen with a dining table so you can enjoy your meals with friends or flatmates.
Parioli is a quiet, residential area that nonetheless has plenty going on to keep you entertained with its bars, restaurants and the beautiful Villa Ada Savoia park. It is a calm neighbourhood, being located away from the main tourist sites, but has a lively community atmosphere as well as elegant architecture, such as the new music auditorium, Parco della Musica, designed by the architect Renzo Piano.
What we liked the most
- AC will be a welcome addition during the summer months.
- There is a dryer available.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- The property's proximity to the public transport will make travel around the city easy and fast.
- This area is ideal for nature lovers as it is close to Villa Ada Savoia park, the second largest in the city.
