2 spacious bedrooms are available to rent in a modern, shared flat with a balcony in Monte Sacro, Rome. The apartment is bright and has plenty of storage space. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a table with chairs. The kitchen is also due to be renovated soon. The shared bathroom, which will only be used between the 2 renting tenants, has plenty of space and is practical. Both bedrooms for rent are large and spacious, with access to the beautiful balcony.
The Monte Sacro neighborhood is the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in busy Rome. This neighborhood is full of unique shops and street markets, which allows residents to save money. Home to the Villa Ada park, you will love taking long walks through this residential area.

- The large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days with your roommates.
- There are many interesting piazzas nearby, as well as a huge marketplace.
- The common bathroom is only shared between the 2 renters, which makes daily life easy and convenient.
- The apartment is bright and is tastefully decorated, and it has lots of Star Wars and comic book figures all over.
- A nice breeze passes through the apartment during the summer, which keeps the apartment cool during hot months.
