This live-in landlady is looking for a tenant to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. The room to rent is fully furnished and has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. There is a shared kitchen that comes with all you need to cook and also offers a dining table.
The apartment is located on Viale della Venezia Giulia, a busy residential and commercial street offering numerous shops and restaurants. The city centre is approximately 30 minutes away using public transport.
What we liked the most
- There is a beautiful climbing plant in the bathroom covering the ceiling and some of the walls.
- You will find the local market right across the street, making it easy to stock up on groceries.
- The landlady has done a really good job decorating the apartment, creating a welcoming ambience.
- There is a small but well-assorted herb garden by the kitchen window.
- Even though there is no metro station nearby, you can easily get around using the tram, train and buses that stop within a short walk.
Things to keep in mind
- The room to rent overlooks a busy street, but the window insulates most of the noise.
