A room is available for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord and his tenant. The apartment has a balcony accessible from the kitchen with a table and chair to seat 4 so that you can dine with your flatmates and get to know them. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven and plenty of storage space.

The apartment is located in a mainly residential neighbourhood but has quick links to the city centre via the nearby Metro. There nearby parks within easy walking distance, notably the Parco Degli Acquedotti, crossed by 2 ruinous ancient aqueducts, and part of the Appian regional park.

What we liked the most

  • The apartments proximity to the vast, beautiful parklands nearby.
  • Easy transport links to central Rome.
  • The small, but cosy balcony space that looks ideal for a meal and a glass of wine with new friends.
  • We love that there is a gas stove rather than electric in the kitchen - much better for cooking with.
