This 3-bedroom property has rooms for rent in an apartment on the 6th floor. The apartment has a nice mix of marble and wood flooring, which will keep you cool in summer. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which connects to the balcony, and each room has access to a private bathroom.

Tuscolano is a neighbourhood located in south-east Rome. The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the metro station on foot, and you have plenty of shops on the surrounding streets.

What we liked the most

  • The rooms have either a private ensuite bathroom or a private bathroom for personal use.
  • There is AC in all the bedrooms.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, long dining table, and a TV.
  • There is a balcony connected to the kitchen.
  • The washing machine is out on the balcony, right next to the strings in the interior patio.
  • The metro stop is only a 5-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no living room, but the spacious room makes up for it.
