Room for rent, suitable for students and postgraduate students, in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a balcony in Monteverde. The 55m2 apartment has colorful and fully equipped communal areas, shared with the live-in landlord. The 6th floor windows overlook a quiet courtyard.
The apartment is ideally located just a short walk away from the picturesque Villa Doria Pamphili park as well as the Quattro Venti train station. You will also live close to Trastevere, a charming neighborhood with a fantastic nightlife and quick connections to the city centre.
What we liked the most

- The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Villa Doria Pamphili.
- A train station is just a 5-minute walk away.
- We love the colourful living area, complete with a comfortable sofa.
- The apartment has a fantastic shared balcony, also accessible from the bedroom.
