This property certainly has character, decorated throughout with artwork and furniture chosen by the live-in landlord. This apartment has a large, comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with modern conveniences.
This apartment is situated in Capanelle, a small, tranquil and residential area which is located to the south-east of central Rome. This neighbourhood has several cafés and convenience stores, and when tenants would like to access the centre of Rome, they can walk to Termini train station, which is 20 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a bathtub.

- The rooms are bright as there are several windows which let in natural light.
