The 90m2 apartment has a fantastic and fully-equipped kitchen area with access to a small balcony. All bedrooms are fully furnished and to suit those on a budget, all utilities are included in the rent.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Monte Sacro, close to Parco Petroselli. Many bus routes operate in this area and you can find anything you need nearby, from stores and shops to restaurants and many parks, perfect for those looking to escape the city buzz.
