This 55m2, 2-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent for students only. The available rooms are quite large and are furnished with large standalone wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to a small balcony which faces the interior courtyard. The bathroom has beautiful wall tiles and comes with a small bathtub shower.
The district of Ostiense is an up-and-coming neighbourhood. Still not overpopulated, its restaurants and nightlife are slowly beginning to be appreciated by people who live outside the neighbourhood. In a city as big as Rome, this district has a small town feel where the waiters recognize faces and the neighbours want to get to know you. The new Roma Tre University is found in this neighbourhood, making this a perfect apartment for students!

- The neighbourhood is not overpopulated but has a variety of trendy restaurants and bars.
- The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from parks such as Parco Caduti del Mare and Parco Cavallo Pazzo.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine, 6-burner stove, oven, and a small dining table.
- There is small balcony which allows you to enjoy the beautiful garden in the interior courtyard.
- The rooms have very large windows which let the sun coming in.
- The area is well-connected to other parts of Rome by bus and metro.
