1 Room is available to rent in a charming, 3-bedroom, 110m2 apartment with a balcony and AC situated in Rome's Ostiense neighbourhood. The interior of this property is decorated with elegant furniture and several pieces of artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, but tenants must organise the kitchen-use schedule with the live-in landlord.
Ostiense is a lively, residential neighbourhood situated to the south of Rome's capital. Due to the universities that are situated in the vicinity, this area has several bars, cafés and restaurants that are perfect for socialising. This apartment is well-connected to other parts of Rome, as Marconi metro station can be reached in 18 minutes.
What we liked the most
- AC units are spread across the property, an essential for summers in Rome.
- The apartment building has a doorman, therefore it is very secure.
- The available bedroom has an independent, separate entrance.
- Ideal for students, this property is just 10 minutes from several of the Roma Tre University departments.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher which is very convenient.

- The living room is not for common use.
- The kitchen can only be used at certain times; a timetable is to be agreed with the landlords.
