A spacious, 70m2, 3-bedroom apartment with a terrace is available to rent in Rome's Monte Sacro area. The interior of the property has high ceilings and a mixture of modern and classical furniture. The apartment has a kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and storage space, and which will be shared with the live-in landlord.
Monte Sacro is a residential area situated to the north-east of Rome's centre. The property is close to several green spaces which are pleasant for reading, jogging and enjoying picnics in summer. In order to access the city centre, tenants can walk 19 minutes to reach Conca D'oro metro station.
What we liked the most
- Tenants have access to a large terrace which is great in summer.
- The apartment has very high ceilings which add to its spaciousness.
- This property is near several green spaces, Riserva Naturale della Valle dell'Aniene is nearby.
- There are several bars, restaurants and cafés nearby.
- Conca D'oro metro station is 19 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- This property does not have a dryer, but tenants can hang their clothes from the balcony.
- The apartment does not have a communal living room, but each bedroom is quite spacious.
