5 Rooms are to rent in a large, 130m2 apartment with a balcony and AC situated in Aurelio. The interior of the apartment is very spacious, furnished with a combination of modern and traditional furniture. The property has a kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances and storage space.
Aurelio is a charming residential area which has a pleasant, community atmosphere. In this neighbourhood you will find several places to eat, drink and socialise that suit all tastes and budgets. Students can walk 22 minutes to reach Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Gemelli train station is 17 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- Parco Regionale Urbano Pineto park is not far from the apartment.
- Parking facilities are available with the apartment.
- The property conveniently has a dishwasher.
- Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore is just 22 minutes from the property.
- AC units are spread throughout the apartment to keep the temperature cool during summer.
