3 Rooms are available to rent in a luminous 120m2 apartment with a balcony in Rome's Torrevecchia district. This property boasts a spacious living room – the perfect place to relax with housemates. This apartment also has a sizeable, fully furnished kitchen which has all the appliances necessary for happy cooking.
Torrevecchia is a charming neighbourhood home to several bars, cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores that provide all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. You can catch a bus to reach central Rome, and The Pineto Regional Park, a large open space, is 25 minutes from the apartment. This apartment is especially well located for students, as it is near the Sacred Heart Catholic University, Policlinico Gemelli University, and N. Cusano.
What we liked the most
- This property features spacious communal areas which are perfect for spending time with housemates or entertaining guests.
- The large balcony is the ideal place to relax and people-watch during summer.
- Each bedroom has plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- There are lots of windows in the property which let in natural light and allow fresh air to circulate.
- There are 2 bathrooms to share between tenants, one of which has a bathtub.

- There is no dryer in this apartment, but tenants can hang their clothes from an individual rack inside the apartment.
