This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.
Spotahome's opinion
Cosy rooms in a renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, close to the Tufello area of Rome. One of the best features of this large 120m2 apartment is its various spacious common areas. One of these is a large balcony with stunning fifth-floor views of the surrounding area. The Tufello neighborhood is calm and peaceful. However, a 10-minute bus ride takes you to the Urbe Airport as well as Nuovo Salario train station. You can find several shops in the area and as an added bonus, a bus stop is just outside the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The luminous, spacious living area has a large dining table, a flat screen television and two sofas.
- We love the charming 5th-floor view of the surrounding area.
- Parking space is provided.
- All bills are included in the rent, perfect for those on a budget.
- The apartment has been recently renovated!

- The apartment has two shared bathrooms – one is equipped with a bathtub and one with a shower.
