This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. WiFi is installed on the property and it is activated. Pets are only allowed with the approval of all tenants.
Spotahome's opinion
This recently renovated apartment features four bedrooms available to rent in the Pigneto district, to the east of Rome's city center. This young area certainly has an urban feel, however it is a safe, residential neighborhood with a lot of new cafes and wine bars to discover. At 150 sqm, the property is very spacious and features two incredible terraces to enjoy. The modern shared bathrooms are both recently renovated, as is the fully equipped kitchen, with a gas stove and oven. The property features other great amenities, such as central heating, a washing machine, and double pane windows to keep out noise and keep in heat.
What we liked the most
- The two very large terraces, one with a barbecue, would be fantastic for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying Rome's beautiful summers.
- There is a washing machine, so you will save money on laundry.
- The apartment is quite new, and the bathrooms and kitchen are also recently renovated.
- Pigneto is an affordable area, close to Rome's center, and public transport makes it easy to get around the city.
- Central heating will keep you comfortable and cozy during Rome's chilly winters.

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 2 months rent as a deposit. Rent may be paid in cash or by bank transaction. Utilities are estimated at an additional 40€ per month per person. Pets are only allowed with the approval of all tenants.
