At 100 sqm, this shared apartment for women is spacious, luminous, and recently renovated. The apartment is newly furnished and also features an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new appliances, including a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. A lovely terrace is ideal for entertaining and offers sweeping views of the surrounding area.
It is located in the pleasant residential area of Aurelio, next to San Pietro and right behind the Vatican. This area is increasingly popular with young professionals and commuters, and offers many amenities, small businesses, and restaurants. This property offers great amenities, a wonderful location, and is a fine option for students or young professionals.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is brand new and has great amenities like an oven and dishwasher.
- The balcony is spacious enough to use for entertaining, dining, or just relaxing with a good book.
- Since there are 2 bathrooms you will not need to share with anyone.
- There is a washing machine so you will save money on laundry.
- The apartment is a 20 minute metro ride from Università LUMSA and the lively neighborhood of San Pietro.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room that appears in the video and floor plan has now been converted into bedroom 3.
- There is a cat living in the property, so it may not be suitable for those with allergies.
