This area is tranquil, but filled with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés. The interior of this flat is spacious and luminous, while the kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances. There is 1 clean bathroom to share between tenants and both bedrooms are large, equipped with high ceilings.

- Both windows look out onto an interior courtyard, so there will not be noise disturbance at night time.
