You will be sharing the 120 sqm flat with the landlady and her two-year-old son. The apartment is located on Via Civinini, in a pleasant and well-connected residential area only 10 minutes from beautiful Villa Borghese.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and stylishly decorated.
- There is a small balcony with pleasant street views where you can dry your washing.
- The room for rent has its own bathroom.
- The bright and spacious living area has a television, and there is a dining area with a table for eight.
- The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom for rent does not have much storage space, but there are some built-in wardrobes in the hallway that can be used by the tenant.
