Cosy bedrooms in a brand new 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Torrevecchia, close to Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. The recently refurbished 60m2 apartment features excellent communal spaces, including a spacious terrace, a colorful bathroom and a stylish living area with a kitchen corner. You will be living close to Parco Santa Maria della Pieta and a 5 minute walk can take you to Monte Mario train station - you can reach the city centre in 40 minutes!
What we liked the most
- We love the chic living space, complete with storage space and a fully equipped kitchen corner.
- The apartment is stylish, colorful and recently refurbished.
- Tenants will have access to a fantastic private terrace, perfect for spending time under the sun.
- You will be living close to Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
