This apartment is located on the basement of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. The average price for utility bills is 40€ per month.

Ensuite bedroom for rent, available for females only, in a beautifully decorated and incredibly welcoming 2 bedroom apartment located moments away from the Vatican. The stylish and cosy living area with an open plan kitchen is shared with the live-in landlady, occupying the second bedroom. You will be located close to LUMSA university in the San Pietro area and just a 15 minute metro ride from Rome city centre. The area of the apartment is 70m2.
What we liked the most
- Although located in the basement, this apartment is bright and tastefully decorated.
- The Vatican is just a 5 minute walk away!
- You can reach the city centre in less than 20 minutes on the metro.
- The stone ceiling and beautifully tiled living area give the apartment a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
