Spotahome's opinion
There are 4 bedrooms for rent in this shared apartment, located in the Cinecittá neighborhood, just outside of Rome. Cinecittá is a quiet suburb that is well connected to the center via metro, and very close the Università degli studi di Roma Tor Vergata, making this a wonderful option for students. There is plenty of parking just in front of the building, as well as a street market every Saturday.
The apartment features two full shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and washing machine. There is a fantastic terrace with a lovely view, great for barbecues and for enjoying Rome's warm weather. Two of the four bedrooms and the kitchen face the terrace and have floor to ceiling windows, making the apartment bright and sunny.
What we liked the most
- The big terrace would be wonderful for hosting dinners or relaxing with a good book.
- While outside the city center, Cinecittá is well connected via metro, and a short walk from the Tor Vergata University.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment, so you will save money on laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- If you bring a car, there is a large parking lot just across the street.
