There is a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate overnight guests, and the whole 70 m2 property features wooden furniture and fittings throughout. The quiet residential area of Mostacciano is a tranquil area that houses the Campus Bio of the Medical University of Rome. Tenants will have access of the common pool and the city center can be reached in 30 minutes by car or just under an hour by public transport.
