This stylish and modern furnished 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for workers or a postgraduate student. Since the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, it is also suitable for a couple. The apartment is located in the safe and residential neighbourhood of Parioli, which has the best of both worlds: a large array of restaurants as well as vibrant nightlife but still maintains its quiet atmosphere. There is an extensive bus network which the tenant can take advantage of as a cheap and convenient way to travel around the city. The living spaces in the apartment contain a large sofa, table and chairs and a incredibly modern kitchen, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom has a large double bed, and plenty of storage space. The apartment is 46 square metres.
