The flat can accommodate up to four people, with one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom offering a singe sofa bed. Both rooms have their own television and air-conditioning units. The apartment is located on Via Pietro D'Assisi, in the elegant neighbourhood of Monteverde. You will find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and all kinds of facilities within walking distance from the flat. The area is also very well-connected to the centre of Rome, with buses, trams and trains stopping nearby. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 52 sqm. For added convenience, rent includes all utilities.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has been refurbished and is nicely presented.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a desk, a television and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 has television, a chest of drawers and a single sofa-bed that can be folded up when not in use to free up some space.
- Both rooms have air-conditioning and there is central heating throughout the flat.
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a high table with chairs where tenants can enjoy their meals.
- The bathroom has fully tiled floors and walls, making it easy to clean.
- There is a washing machine in the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no elevator.
- There is no oven in the apartment, but there is an electric stove.
- Bedroom 2 does not have a wardrobe.
