This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator and has a doorman working on-site. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. This classical two bedroom apartment with one bathroom offers a spacious floor area of 80 sqm. Nicely decorated using antique style furniture and decorations, this apartment with 2 rooms for rent individually represents the quintessential Italian suburban apartment. It is very well-equipped throughout, including a flat screen TV, a microwave, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and central heating. It is located on Via Giovanni Aurispa, very close to station Valle Aurelia, with access to the train and metro networks, allowing you to get to the historical centre of Rome in about 10 minutes. The Vatican City is within walking distance of the apartment, and you can reach the Sistine Chapel in about 20 minutes by foot.
What we liked the most
- The apartment can sleep up to six people, with one double room, a twin room and a double sofa bed in the living area.
- The combined living and dining room is very pleasant, providing you with a great room to get together with the family at the end of the day.
- Bedroom 1 has its own private balcony overlooking the street, furnished with a small table with two chairs.
- There are two dining tables, a smaller one in the kitchen, ideal for having breakfast or a quick lunch, and a large one in the living area.
- There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine, two racks to dry your washing and the ironing board.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no door separating bedroom 1 from the living area, and this room doesn't have a wardrobe. However, there is a large wardrobe in the living area which could be used by those staying in this room.
