This completely remodeled 1 bedroom apartment is a true luxury. Furnished with everything one can think of for living comfortably, tenants will love coming home to this property after a busy day at work or school. From the bathroom equipped with a towel warmer to the living room that comes with an extra single bed, the landlord has put a lot of thought into furnishing this apartment. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have an open layout and is equipped with an A/C unit, so tenants can stay comfortable all year long!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is extremely well-furnished; the landlord has put a lot of thought into how to make tenants comfortable. For example, the apartment has both central heating AND an A/C unit so you will stay warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer months!
- The bedroom has a big wardrobe to store all your belongings.
- The living room and kitchen have an open layout which creates a very spacious feel.
- There is an ottoman that turns into a single bed so tenants can host overnight guests.
Things to keep in mind
- The window in the bedroom opens to the living room, but it still receives sufficient indirect sunlight.
