A comfortable 54 sqm one bedroom apartment situated within a well set-up guesthouse. This apartment is located in an impressive old building which has been restored. This practical exterior home can comfortably accommodate four people, with a bedroom equipped with twin beds, and two additional single beds the living area. There is also one modern bathroom and a fully functional kitchen. One of the best features of this apartment is its fantastic location on Via delle Fornac, only 100 meters away from Saint Peter’s square, the famous plaza located directly in front of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City. Other of the city's main points of interest are located either within walking distance or a short bus ride away.
What we liked the most
- In the sunny living area there are two single beds, separated from the rest of the room by a low storage cabinet. In the photos the beds are put together to create a double bed.
- In this room you will also find some amenities to be shared by everyone staying in the apartment, like a dining table with four chairs, a TV, two armchairs and a small table.
- The bathroom is modern, spacious and fully tiled.
- There is a gorgeous cobblestone courtyard within the building and parking space is available at an extra cost.
- With central heating and double glazed windows, this apartment will be warm and cozy during the winter.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven but it is otherwise well equipped. It is nicely presented with wooden cabinets.
- There is no washing machine, but there is a laundry shop 20 meters away from the entrance of the building.
