This one-bedroom exterior apartment is located walking distance from Piazza Bologna in a specially designed building by a famous architect. All the rooms are exterior and the apartment is very bright. The room has two single beds and built-in wardrobe.
What we liked the most
*The terrace is very large and private. *The flat is very bright *The neighborhood is nice, quiet and well communicated *There is Air conditioning in the living area, both for cooling and heating.
Things to keep in mind
*The elevator reaches the fourth floor, so you need to go up the stairs two more floors to enter the flat

The landlady speaks English. One month deposit is required. The monthly rent can be paid by cash or by bank transfer. Taxes, water, WIFI, weekly common areas cleaning are included in the price. Electricity s not included in the price. Maximum two people are accepted in the flat.
