This charming 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Via Roberto de Nobili in Garbatella. This apartment is spacious and bright with a comfortable living room and a charming kitchen. There is a dining table in the kitchen and plenty of storage space. Next to this is a bright bathroom that is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and wardrobe.
This apartment is located in a beautiful area in Rome and has great public transport links to the rest of the city. Within walking distance you have many places to socialise with friends including restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs. There is a small park nearby where you could go for a run or just have a picnic during summer.
What we liked the most
- There is a pharmacy just a short walk up the road if you come down with a cold.
- Not far from the apartment is a large supermarket where you can do your grocery shopping.
- The wardrobe in the bedroom takes up an entire wall and gives you plenty of space to store all of your belongings.
- The bedroom has an independent key for added security.
- There is heating throughout the apartment to keep you warm throughout winter.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no Wi-Fi installed in this apartment and this may need to be organised upon moving in.
- This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
