A sunny 1-bedroom apartment with a lovely terrace is available to rent in Colli Aniene. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the cozy sofa and watch TV, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has all the essentials, including a stove, and a toaster oven.
The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower.
You'll be living in Colli Aniene, a well-connected neighborhood to the east of Rome. Around the area, you'll find plenty of pizzerias, small shops, and even a large park, where you can spend warm days under the sun. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Rome!
