This huge 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Via del Fosso di Rio Petroso is perfect for someone with a car. The apartment comes with parking, and you also have access to a common garden. A balcony with a 4-seat table is just off of one of the three bedrooms. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. The open-plan living and dining room has a working fireplace and opens onto another big balcony with a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen has a country style, which suits the apartment. But then, this gorgeous and airy home feels more like a small Italian country villa than an apartment.
Castel di Leva is a suburban neighborhood south of downtown Rome. It’s a quiet area close to La Quercia sports complex. You will definitely benefit from living here if you have a car. Your new home is a 10-minute drive from Campus Bio-Medico of Rome. Although your new home has a beautiful and relaxing common garden, you’re only 15 minutes from Decima Malafede Nature Reserve. It’s a great place for a hike or a stroll. Using the bus will take at least 50 minutes to get anywhere. But with a car, you’re really only 10 minutes away from restaurants, the Elite Supermarket, banks, pharmacies, and more.

- It’s a spectacular apartment with an Italian country villa feel.
- All of the rooms in this home are spacious and airy.
- There are multiple balconies and multiple bathrooms, too.
- There is a study with a library, which is very cool if you work from home.
