This modern, bright, 60m² property has balcony access overlooking the city through the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage in addition to another balcony, while the bathroom has a modern standing shower and a large mirror.
Located in the calm neighborhood of Monteverde, you will be less than 5-minutes' walk away from Rome's commuter railway. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away and several restaurants in the area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and sunny, and there are two separate private balconies.
- The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, but still conveniently located near a supermarket and the railway.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including an oven, fridge, kettle, and a large sink.
- The living room is large and spacious, and you can comfortably watch the flat-screen TV from the couch.
