This 2-bedroom house to rent on Vicolo dei Panieri has a cobblestone patio. The front door opens directly into the combined living and dining room. It has tile floors and gets ample light. It’s furnished with a 6-seat dining table, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and shelving. The equipped kitchen has white tile walls and a window. There is ample counter space and a gas stove. The main bathroom has a shower stall. The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet, double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. The smaller bedroom has bunk beds.
If you enjoy being outside of the busy city center, then Labaro is the place to be. It’s a quiet suburb to the north. However, it’s well connected, so you won’t have any trouble exploring the museums and ruins offered downtown. Your new home is on the edge of Labaro Park and 10 minutes from the Tiber River. Le Sedie Theater, which is a few minutes away, is a great spot to enjoy a night out. The area has more cafés and cocktail lounges than restaurants. Pick up fresh bread at Di Nicola Bakery. Stop at the butchers. Grab fresh produce at Atac Roma-Cinecittà and whip up your own pasta all'arrabbiata!
What we liked the most
- A lovely cobblestone patio makes for an inviting entrance.
- There are two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.
- You can truly live like a local in this neighborhood.
- Living close to the river and the park is great.
