On the 3rd floor, the 40 m² apartment has a cozy living room that opens up onto a spacious balcony. The living room has wood flooring and comes furnished with a couch, round dining table, and plenty of storage space. The living room is the main room that leads to the bathroom, bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen.
Acilia is a charming residential area that is well-connected by train but also convenient for car-owners. You are in a great location just 40 minutes to the coastal town of Ostia and about 1 hour to Rome City Center. When not in the mood to move around, you have a hair salon, bakery, grocery store, and several bars and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is perfect for dining outdoors.
- The living room has an AC unit – necessary for Rome's hot summers.
- The bedroom has a huge built-in wardrobe.
- There is parking available.
