Located in the charming Trastevere district is this fully renovated 1-bedrooom apartment available to rent. The 50 m² property has a modern design but still maintains some traditional aspects with an exposed brick ceiling and handmade hexagonal floor tiles. The kitchen and living room are both quite spacious with black and wooden decor and lots of built-in storage space. The bedroom has a mezzanine floor where you find the double bed and a large built-in wardrobe and desk underneath.
Trastevere is the district located across the Tiber River and is known for its winding cobblestone streets, cute boutiques, and old-world charm. On Vicolo della Penitenza, you are in a very modern property but surrounded by beautiful old building and small neighborhood restaurants. Just a few minutes from your door you also have 2 theaters, an art gallery, and a cinema. If culture is what you want, culture is what you'll get!
What we liked the most
- If you love storage space, this apartment has plenty!
- There is a comfy sofa bed, perfect for guests.
- We love the wooden table and TV stand.
- There is a sliding door so you can separate the kitchen and living room or allow for an open space.
