This modern 40 m², 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is available to rent on Via Berengario in the Trieste neighbourhood. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, oven and a 4-burner stove, while the bathroom, equally well-equipped, has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Mercato Italia is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk. Villa Torlonia is just over a 15-minute walk away, where you will find the Musei di Villa Torlonia.
What we liked the most
- The University of Rome La Sapienza is around a 15-minute walk away.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The floors are tiled for easy care and cleaning.
- There is heating to keep you warm during the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
