This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Gemma Bellincioni is a great place to live if you enjoy being a little farther away from the city. It’s a peaceful 2-floor spot with tile floors, large windows and a balcony. The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the downstairs bedroom has access to the common bathroom suite, which has a tub. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It comes with a gas stove, a table with chairs and a glass door that lets in lots of light. The living area is furnished economically and with practicality in mind. There is a TV, coffee table and a bed which doubles as a sofa.
Battistini is a quiet residential area that is west of Vatican City. If you enjoy peaceful green spaces, then you’ll love this part of town. The large P.R.U. Pineto Park is just 20 minutes away depending on the entry point. And the smaller Nicholas Green Park, which is located near the local Lidl market, is a 20-minute walk. You’ll get plenty of fresh air in this part of town. Don’t worry, though, there are a number of restaurants and pubs just south of your new home. You can also catch a movie at the Andromeda cinema, which is 3 minutes away, or have a game of pool at the New Master Club, which is a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- Two floors gives added privacy if you are sharing the apartment with others.
- Access to a balcony is always a welcome addition!
- There are a number of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets close by.
- It’s great to have a few parks and the subway within walking distance, just in case you want to pop into the city.
