Spotahome's opinion
This tidy 150 m² 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is for rent on Via Flaminia in Flaminio. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and oven, and just around the corner the large living room has a sofa and table and chairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other has a single bed.
The Foro Italico Sports Complex is around a 20-minute walk away, as is the Villa Glori Park, so there are plenty of spaces to get some exercise. Closer to the apartment, the supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away and there are a few restaurants around as well.
What we liked the most
- There is a wardrobe or chest of drawers in each bedroom, so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathrooms are modern and well lit, both with a sink and toilet, one with a shower and the other a bath.
- There are 2 terraces, one which can be accessed from the kitchen, the other from the living room.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is AC, but only in some rooms.
