This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Angelo Emo is a colorful and cozy spot. Walking through the front door you will enter into the open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. There is a wall-mounted TV beneath the A/C and a small sofa faces the 4-seat dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen runs along a single wall and has lots of cupboard space, as well as extra storage space. With 2 windows in this space, you will get plenty of light. The bedroom also has a window. It’s furnished with a comfy bed, stand alone wardrobe and a desk with a chair. There is even another TV here. In the modern bathroom, which has nice mosaic tiling and a shower, you’ll find the washing machine.
As you might guess from the name of the San Pietro/Vaticani neighborhood, you are located close to Vatican City. In fact, the outer wall is 3 minutes away. You’ll have to take a 25 minute hike around to get to the entrance, though. Still, you’re close to a number of wondrous sights, and with great transport access, you can see all of Rome, although not in a day! You won’t go hungry here either. Restaurants are close by and there are 3 supermarkets plus a gourmet grocery store within a 6-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- Although you don’t get much of a view from the windows, the apartment has a pleasant vibe and a comfy bedroom.
- Theaters are a bit of a walk away, but you can get to the local cinema in just 5 minutes.
- There is an ice-cream shop and a restaurant next door.
- Public transportation is close and easy to access.
