This cozy 26 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Rome's Centocelle district is perfect for an individual or couple. Although the apartment is compact, the kitchen leads you to a huge terrace with views of a beautiful green landscape. The main living area is the eat-in kitchen, which comes fully equipped and has plenty of cabinets. The bedroom is quite spacious and can served as a multi-purpose room with a desk, chair, bookcase, and television.
Centocelle is located about 15 minutes southeast of Rome City Center. Having undergone several developments, it is a neighborhood with a youthful energy, known for having delicious food and a growing nightlife. On Via di Acqua Bullicante you are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro, but have all you basic amenities nearby.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge terrace! Sunbathe, read, or have a meal – you can do it all!
- Stay cool during Rome's hot summers with AC.
- The bedroom has plenty of storage space with a huge wardrobe.
- This area is a growing foodie's paradise.
