A charming 2-bedroom apartment with a sizable balcony is available to rent near the Metro in Appio Latino. The property has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the sofa with a good book, or share a meal with guests at the classic-style, round dining table. The sunny kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are bright, and Bedroom 2 has a balcony for you to enjoy. The bathroom is practical, with a large shower, a washing machine, and lots of storage space under the sink.
Appio Latino is an authentic, local neighborhood just outside of Rome's historic Monti district. If you're feeling adventurous and have good walking shoes, the Colosseum and Palatine Hill are a 25-minute walk from the apartment. But if walking isn't your thing, you'll still have plenty to do around home-- the neighborhood around the apartment is full of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.
