This 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Monte Sacro. The ground floor property faces an interior courtyard and has a large open-concept kitchen and living room with high ceilings and colorful decorative details. The fully equipped kitchen has an elegant marble island that looks into the living room creating a great space to entertain. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides for added privacy with plenty of seating in the living room, as well as a work corner.
Monte Sacro is a tranquil residential neighborhood located northeast of Rome City Center. If you enjoy wider avenues and tree-lined streets with houses, then you will enjoy wandering the streets here. Right around the corner from your street, you have coffee shops, clothing stores, and even a cinema. All your basic amenities are within walking distance, but you can also easily get around by bus and metro.
