A charming and pet-friendly 3-bedroom apartment with a lovely garden and private parking is available to rent to postgraduates or professionals only in Fleming, near Tor di Quinto. The apartment has a spacious living room with a classic style, where you can relax on a sofa and watch TV, or share a meal at the dining table. There are also 2 sofa-beds, ideal for guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a washing machine, and an adorable breakfast nook. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 with a big shower and the other with a nice bathtub.
Fleming is an upscale residential area not far from the Vatican and the Stadio Olimpico. Close to the apartment are San Andrea Hospital, and the Salvo D'Acquisto Carabinieri Barracks. Nearby, you'll find plenty of public transportation options to reach the Rome city center.
